Picked up Supreme Commander

Still wading through the game, given that I really liked Total Annihilation from way back, I think I’ll end up liking Supreme Commander just as much.

First impressions:

• The introduction movie sucked.  It was extremely depressing to see the introduction movie…  It’s like a CG from the 90’s.
• The tutorial is crap.  Instead of taking you through simple manuvours like go to A, fire at B, build some stuff, it gives you a sandbox with a big help list where you can look at whatever you want and play with your units however you like.
• It is actually a lot easier to understand the game if you go directly to mission 1. 
• Queuing 150 aircrafts and have them automatically go on the patrol path works really well.  They do start slowing down really badly.
